This adorable Chihuahua mix was found as a stray, but despite whatever life looked like before arriving at Sam’s Place, he hasn’t let it dim his sweet spirit.
Theo loves affection, but he doesn’t need to be in your lap every moment to feel content. He’s just as happy relaxing nearby, quietly keeping you company, or doing his own thing for a little while. He offers the best of both worlds: a sweet companion who enjoys closeness without being overly demanding.
He gets along wonderfully with dogs of all kinds and has made several friends here at the rescue. He can become a little overly excited around cats, but he’s currently working on staying calm and making good choices around them.
Friendly, easygoing, affectionate, and comfortably independent, Theo really is the whole package. We’re amazed this special little guy is still waiting and we can’t wait for the right person to realize just how lucky they would be to call him family.
