Our little shrimp Scampi joined us at the beginning of January 2026. He was found as a stray and taken to the shelter. We were lucky to pick him up and bring him to Sam’s Place. Now that he’s here, we’re excited to get to know him and give him all the love and care that he deserves. He is a little ball of energy, but so much fun! He LOVES training and excels in the basics. We’re still working on walking on a leash, but he tries his hardest! He’d do best with an active family who understands he is a work in progress, but all heart! He does prefer female dogs over males, but we are working on that in training.
