Oh, Ruthie.. She is the queen of Sam’s Place and she knows it! She doesn’t believe the rules apply to her and, admittedly, we let her get away with it. She does have spina bifida and incontinence as a result, so she does wear diapers while inside. And don’t let her age fool you! She is full of life and sass.. This girl keeps us laughing every day and we truly can’t imagine Sam’s Place without her. But we would be open to the perfect home for this queen!
