Phoenix is such a sweet boy! He was found as a stray, severely matted, and covered in fleas. Poor baby needed to be completely shaved, so please don’t judge his haircut! We’re excited to see what he’ll look like when his hair grows in. We are so grateful that he is safe with us now and can know true love and care.
