Oreo was found as a stray in mid-April 2026 and had a tough start, arriving at the shelter very shy and shut down. While he can still be a bit nervous, he’s slowly gaining confidence and settling in more each day.
The shelter said: “This little guy feels most comfortable around small dogs—big dogs can be a bit overwhelming for him. Oreo would do best in a calm, quiet home without small children, as loud noises and busy environments can make him anxious.”
He’s looking for a patient, understanding person who will give him the time and space he needs to feel safe and truly come out of his shell. In return, Oreo will be a devoted companion to call your own!
