Mitzi joined us in November 2025 from the amazing people at FurBabies Animal Rescue. We are honored to care for her and provide her a soft place to land. Unfortunately, she’s had a rough past as she was found abandoned in an apartment for who knows how long. She is mostly blind and deaf and has a front limb deformity, but gets around well – occasionally, bumping into furniture. She is as kind as can be and spends her days lounging in the day room or office. On warm days, you can find her sunning in the zen garden. She is happy with all humans and animals, as long as they don’t try to play with her. We have one rambunctious pup that tries to play with her and she says, “No thanks!” We love you, Mitzi, and can’t wait to find your forever family!
