Minnie came to us at the end of September 2025 from a local shelter. She was surrendered by her owner who had to move into assisted living. But we are so honored to provide her a soft place to land. Upon arrival, her skin was covered in fleas and flea dirt and her nails were incredibly long. So, Minnie had a spa day! And she was just perfect.. She had a lengthy bath with flea shampoo, ear cleaning, and nail trim and was patient for all of it. The only time she complained is when she had to go back into her crate. Now that she is out of quarantine, we are so happy to spend more time with her. We can tell that she is really, really missing her person as she cries every time we have to put her back in her room. She is often an office dog during the day so that she is always with someone. She is so ready for a spot on your couch, or lap..
