Cricket and her sister, Freya, were owner surrenders and joined us in January 2026. They were so close to being euthanized and pulled at the last minute. When they arrived, they were terrified and we thought it would take quite some time to gain their trust. After just a few days of slow, gentle approach (and lots of chicken) they totally transformed.
Freya has since been adopted! We are still taking our time with Cricket and working on her confidence and comfortability around new people and places. She has not been cat tested, but loves playing with our other dogs! She might be shy at first, but you will absolutely fall in love with her true personality.
