Cooper was an unfortunate owner surrender and joined us in June 2026. We are happy to provide him a soft place to land while searching for his forever home. He has been so much fun from the start and loves attention. He gets along great with other dogs and has been around children. As he settles in, we’ll be able to cat-test him, too.
