Benji is one of the very first two dogs we welcomed to Sam’s and a boy we’ll never forget. He was special from the start, but it took time for him to trust and settle in. We knew he’d need a family with patience, consistency, and unconditional love.
When we asked his mom what she would do if he didn’t open up or adjust right away, she smiled and said, “Well, he’s just going to have to get over it… he’s stuck with us!” In that moment, we knew he had found his forever.
And stuck like glue he is! Benji hit the jackpot with his loving family and furry siblings, Daisy (formerly Fawn, also from Sam’s!) and Frisco.
